You choose your plan, tell us about your pet, and every month we deliver a curated box filled with goodies for your furry friend (and a little surprise for you too!).

Can I skip, pause, or cancel anytime?

Yes! You’re in control. Manage your subscription easily through your account; pause, skip a month, or cancel whenever you need.

What’s inside each box?

Each box includes a mix of 5 essentials:

What if my pet has allergies or special needs?

We’ve got you covered! Tell us about your pet’s allergies or sensitivities at checkout, and we’ll tailor their treats and wellness items accordingly.

Do you offer boxes for cats?

Right now, we’re focused on dogs but cat boxes are coming soon! Join our waitlist to be the first to know when they launch.

When will I get my box?

Your first box ships within 5–7 business days of your order. After that, you’ll receive a new box around the 15th each month.

Can I send Healthy Snuggles as a gift?

Absolutely! You can mark your order as a gift at checkout, and we’ll make it extra special for the lucky pawrent.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is included in your subscription price (U.S. only).

Do the items change every month?

Yes! Each box is a surprise designed to keep things fun and fresh for both pets and pawrents when it comes to the toy and the personalized gift, the treats may be similar. No two months are exactly the same.

What if my pet doesn’t love something in the box?

Our mission is to make tails wag! If something isn’t a hit, let us know, we’ll make it right with a replacement or credit.
