Refund policy
We want you and your pet to love everything from Healthy Snuggles. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to make it right; here’s how returns and refunds work.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at hello@healthysnuggles.com. Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll evaluate the issue and do our best to make it right.
Subscriptions
Subscription boxes are final sale once shipped, as they are curated specifically for each delivery period.
You may cancel or pause your subscription at any time before the next billing date through your account or by contacting us at hello@healthysnuggles.com.
Custom Pet Portraits & Artwork
Custom artwork, including pet portraits and personalized designs, is final sale and cannot be returned or refunded once work has begun.
If your artwork arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (such as treats)
- Custom or personalized products
- Wellness items
Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.
If you have questions about a specific item, feel free to reach out before purchasing.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a new item is to return the original item (if eligible). Once the return is approved, you can place a new order separately.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
