Shipping policy

At Healthy Snuggles, we know how exciting it is to wait for something special for you and your pet. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how and when your order ships.

 

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, unless otherwise noted on the product page.

Some items, including subscription boxes and custom artwork, have specific processing timelines, which are outlined below.

 

Subscription Box Shipping

Subscription boxes ship around the 10th of each month.

To receive the current month’s box, your subscription order must be placed on or before the 7th of the month. Orders placed after the 7th will be scheduled for the following month’s shipment.

Once a subscription box has shipped, it is final sale and cannot be canceled, refunded, or returned, as each box is curated for a specific delivery period.

You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing date through your account or by contacting us at hello@healthysnuggles.com.

 

Standalone Products

Standalone (non-subscription) products ship within 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout and in your shipping confirmation email.

 

Custom Pet Portraits & Artwork

Custom pet portraits and personalized artwork are created especially for you and your pet and require additional processing time.

Processing time for custom pet portraits is approximately 2 weeks from the time all required information is received. After processing is complete, your artwork will ship, and you’ll receive tracking information via email.

Once production has begun, custom artwork cannot be canceled or refunded.

If your artwork arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us right away so we can make it right.

 

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method.

Any applicable taxes, customs duties, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

 

Delivery Estimates & Delays

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Healthy Snuggles is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or events outside our control.

Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, responsibility for delivery timing lies with the shipping provider.

 

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Healthy Snuggles is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, additional shipping fees may apply.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@healthysnuggles.com with photos of the damage so we can assist you.

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly. If you need additional help, we’re always happy to assist where possible.
